Nida Dauto Anuar
General Director
Nida Dauto Anuar holds a Bachelor of Laws.
She is responsible for leading the global strategy and overall operations of the First Afrika Group. Under her leadership, the group has focused on local production backed by domestic investment.
She possesses extensive experience in corporate founding and organizational stabilization.
Known for her transformational, collaborative, and results-oriented leadership style, she is an active advocate for workplace diversity, equity, inclusion, and innovation.

Prem Yohannan
Technical Advisor
Dr. Prem Yohannan is an orthopedic surgeon and clinical professor at UEM, with extensive experience in trauma, medical education, and surgery in low-income countries. Educated in India, he has been working in Mozambique since the 2000s, where he has held leadership positions at MISAU and within International Colleges.
In the corporate sector, his primary focus is on “social advancement driven by local private investments.”
Internationally recognized, he received the International Surgical Education Scholar Award in 2018 and serves as a trainer, examiner, and member of various scientific boards.
Outside of medicine and industry, he is dedicated to music, sports, and adventure activities such as skydiving and SCUBA diving.
