The First Afrika Group was born with the purpose of creating innovative and inclusive solutions that address the social, economic, and environmental challenges of Mozambique and Africa. We are a collaborative platform connecting communities, institutions, and businesses around a common goal: building a sustainable, fair, and healthy future.

We produce medical equipment and surgical implants in Mozambique, strengthening national capacity. We invest in advanced training programs, institutional partnerships, and high-quality medical services, ensuring access to quality healthcare in both urban and rural areas.
